I've added text/fmt/xp/fp_PageSize.[cpp|h] to CVS. If anyone feels like adding any more predefined pagesizes to it, feel free. I havent touched the makefile yet, and will delay the update of fp_Page and fl_DocLayout to use it until the makefile has been updated. /Mike
