Fix to have just one cursor in only the current focussed window. Basic work and unix version by hj. Windows front end fix by Mike Nordell. As of now the gnome, qnx and beos version of abi no longer work. These should be fixed by "someone". I did a cvs update just before committing this code. I think it will slip in between Mike's commits ;-) Cheers Martin
