PPC linux.mk fix

Hello,

I built 0.7.4 this afternoon. I found that I had to add

PPC_ARCH_FLAGS          =  -fsigned-char

to linux.mk in order to get printing to work on my 
LinuxPPC 99 release for the Macintosh.

Thanks for the WP and I hope some of the dialogs get built
soon.

Does the spell checker have a way to make suggestions?
