Shaw had fixed this a few months ago with some changes to GTK calls, but apparently there are still some straggling cases. Does anyone have some idea what this might be? This is from bugzilla #522: "If the font size is changed by a selection from the drop-down menu, the font size selection box remains active. While letters will be inserted into the document, a space will trigger the drop-down menu again, and go into selection mode. The workaround appears to be to type an escape to kill the drop-down menu, then a tab to deselect the font size selection box, then a backspace to erase the tab character which was inserted into the document."
