there's a new tree 'wv' which is a peer to 'abi' and 'expat'
that you need.  this contains the new Word import code.

do a 'cvs checkout wv' in the same directory that you did
a 'cvs checkout abi' in.  the abi makefile will take care
of building it just like it does 'expat'.
