I think there wer just a few changes to the Makefiles to integrate
them into our larger tree and to get them to build elsewhere.
I'm expecting this will be a simple job best started with
rm -rf abi/src/other/libmswordview. :)

Yeah, it was a day or two spent capping off the output into
(inefficient) in-memory buffers and changing HTML to our XML. :)
And it became a nightmare to maintain... all along we knew we wanted
a real importer interface and I'm really impressed at the work
Caolan's done.
