OK I've got a fix that enables the rest of the rtf following a field to be
exported.

A quick question. How much the extra bug fixes since 0.7.12 should be
included with this patch? Fixing Ben's bug is trivial but I have also done
work to enable footer import and extra code to improve Abi's thread saftey
when working with multiple views. Should this be included too?
