What are we waiting on?

HI everyone,
           I just wanted to know what more we need to do before actually
announcing the release and sending 0.7.12 out into the world? We have a
variety of builds already. I can verify checksums but I can't verify most
of the binaries. We could have an unverified download directory for some
of the more esoteric builds.
