Does abiword store characters in UTF-16 or as 16-bit uni-characters?
Pspell can handle 16-bit uni-characters but I don't think it can handle
UTF-16. I said I don't think it can handle because I am not quite sure
what it is. If abiword does use UTF-16 could someone send me some
code snippets that translate UTF-16 to 32-bit uni-characters?
I assume that UTF-16 is stored internally in the machines natural byte
order....
