This notice is to let everyone know that the CVS tree is closed in
preparation for the release. Barring any major happenings, I will
branch the tree at midnight, CST tonight, at which point people may
begin to checkin again.
Any commits in the intervening period of time will be reverted, and
will make me very unhappy.
Sadly, the sourcegear folks haven't told me how to close the Bonsai
tree yet. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
