More binaries for you!

Okay, I'm writing this in AbiWord 0.7.12 on my Alpha.  I've now made both
debs and tgz packages for both Intel and alpha Linux.  My build systems
are both running Debian Woody, so I won't guarantee that the binaries will
run across all Linux variants, but they work well on my machines.

The MD5 sums are all there too, the root directory for it all is:

http://www.moses.cx/files/Abi/

I'll try to add FreeBSD in the next day or two.
