GIF -> PNG in help files

When we went from AbiWord 0.7.9 to 0.7.10, the size of the setup program increased 
from 1.2M to 3.2M on Windows, and similarly on Linux.  

My suggestion to reduce this size would be to change all GIF files in the help system 
to PNGs.  Typically the PNGs will be much smaller, and this should save lots of 
download time for users.  

Does anyone have any objections if this starts happening in the tree?
