Unfortunately, these didn't make it into the 0.7.1 release, but binary users 
need not despair -- this file gets used at runtime.  

After all, we want to make sure Jean-Louis Gassee (CEO of Be, Inc.) doesn't 
have to see the first binary version of AbiWord for his platform in English.
