autoconf at last

here is a first stab at building with autoconf
* it creates GNUmakefile in all relevant directories so
  it does not touch current build system.
* it only build a pure GTk+/unix build on debain/linux at this point
  but can serve as a starting point to make a complete autoconf based
system.

attached is a tar-file since I have not touch any old file to create
autoconf.
