SV: i18n of abiword

Someone (Paul?) said that there is tables for translation to and from Unicode in the 
"expat" or "wv". If so how does it work, I find .obj files with the name 
"codepage-1251.obj", but what function is used to do the translation?

With a tranlation to/from all "latinN" codepages (other than Latin1), the ispell will 
handle east europe, greek, russian and all other 8bit languages, with existing ispell 
dictionaries (I hope).
