commit - Overline patch, swedish and Win32 compile fix

Compile fix for Win32, due to the new Overline. The over line is not pressent in the 
standard Fontselection Dialog in Win32, but I think this can wait until we need to 
make custom Dialog in Win32 too.

Allso, updated swedish translation.
