I read the 1.1.14 release notes, and I didn't see anything
sweepingly new.  I'm using 1.1.13 here, and it works well, so
I assume 1.1.14 will work just fine also (but I haven't checked).

You'll definitely need something newer than 1.1.9 or so.
If 1.1.14 doesn't work well, drop the list a note.
