debugging AW on Win32

   I finally found my original source of information concerning debugging
AbiWord in Windows without a VC++ project file.  It's on the web site, not
in the archives, here: http://www.abisource.com/dev_faq.phtml#2.6

   And in case anybody out there with access to the web site is listening:
in the FAQ, the link at the end of question 2.3 isn't closed, so everything
from there up to the middle of question 3.2 shows up underlined in blue.
Yuk.
