NO-BOK update

This patch updates the Norwegian Bokm�l translation. It doesn't bring
no-BOK.strings up to 100% yet, since I've had problems figuring out
the proper context for some of the DLG_Lists strings.

I also took the liberty of prettifying the no-BOK header files so that
they're easier to read.
