New Strings Permissions?

For the Window's Build, the recently committed string files:

nn-NO.strings
no-BOK.strings
pt-PT.strings

in the abi/usr/wp/strings directory cause a failure in the make
distribution.  The other string files have a different permission level.  I
believe that is causing the error.  Can the permission level for these files
in CVS be changed to match the other string files?
