There isn't any disagreement here.  My job is to provide information, and
throw in an occasional opinion.  Since I currently can't get the Windows
build up and running, I figured it was better to mail the list to determine
whether or not it was serious rather than to silently throw it in bugzilla
this close to 0.7.8.
