This patch provides support for the gnome-print dialog instead of our own
GTK "thing" in Gnome builds. Its options aren't persistant (doing so would
be a *huge* pain in the butt and not really worth the hassle...) but it sure
looks really good.
The patch is partly based on some work that John Tunison originally did a
couple of months ago, found in Sam's pending-patch archive. Printing is in
black & white for now. I'll submit a patch to correct this as soon as I see
how to, other than just defaulting to color printing.
