I just checked code into abi/src/ask and abi/src/pkg/win/setup
to implement an installer program in much the same way that
Windows users will expect.
This code was designed to be reasonably XP, and it will be
ported to *nix. For now, however, it only runs on Windows.
This is very fresh code -- it has undergone basically no
testing at all. I'm sure there will be bugs ironed out
over the next few days.
Using it:
cvs checkout abi expat libpng zlib abidistfiles
cd abi
make distribution
You should find 'setup.exe' in abi/dist
