After we got the CR/LF thing sorted out, I changed the include line
in iconv.h to use quotes ("") instead of arrow brackets (<>) when
including iconv.h, to let compilers find the headers in non-system
locations.
If this breaks anything for anybody, please let me know.
I'll soon be checking in some fixes for BeOS (for libiconv).
