How do I set the language the menus are displayed in? I'm trying to add a
screenshot of the Unix Print dialog to the French documentation and I can't get
it to start in French. So far I've changed these:

LANGUAGE=fr
LC_ALL=fr
LINGUAS=fr_FR;fr
LANG=fr
