First off - this patch has only been tested against the Win32 build. I
don't believe it will break other builds, but needs to be tested.
This patch now allows Dynamic Zoom of Page Width and Full Screen modes. It
remembers the mode from each instance of the Zoom Dialog and co-ordinates
with the Toolbar.
The toolbar during dynamic zoom now displays "width" or "page" when that
type of zoom is selected. Note that the function uses a 10 character
buffer. Does any of the internationalization cause a problem with this?
I will be checking the Unix build shortly and implimenting this feature
there.
