Hello.
This is my _draft proposition_ how to get unicode chars from unix
keyboard.
This patch is for europe latin based languages, greek, cyrillic.
I'm not sure it's working fine and working with all europe languages.
Any comments, corrections are accepted.
About table "platform - char set" for languages:
Russian:
Unix - KOI8-R
Win - CP1251
ISO (used on Solaris) - Iso-8859-5
Ukrainian, Byelorussian:
Unix - KOI8-RU (now in draft edition)
Win - CP1251
ISO - ISO-8859-5
Situation with another cyrillic based ex-USSR languages is not fine.
IMHO, CP1251 table is better cover this chars only.
