I just updated the code, and I now get an assert on startup:

My suspicion is that this has to do with yesterday's sticky prefs update.
Even getting rid of my prefs file entirely did not help. However, it
could have to do with the patch for overwrite, which did add a new
preference.
Hope someone understands this
