Questions about the help files

I was wondering about some legal stuff today.

I include in the help some screencaps of Windows and of MsWord. Is it legal? 
Will I have to give fees to MS? :o)

Also do you think we should include in a section (like credits.html) stuff 
like
"Linux is a trademark of Linus Torvalds" and
"Windows & Word is a trademark of Microsoft Corp"?
"Solaris ..... Sun"
etc........
