Unused files in doc tree

I'm CVSing the source, and I see files go by such as:

U abi/user/wp/help/en-US/images/strikeout.gif 
U abi/user/wp/help/en-US/images/strikeout.png
U abi/user/wp/help/en-US/images/underline.gif
U abi/user/wp/help/en-US/images/underline.png

One of those is the French button, which shouldn't be in the English directory.
