This fixes the bug nicely, and is therefore committed. I think it also
fixes bug 442. However, it is not now possible to have a 0in left
margin. You can set a 0in right margin. Additionally, it is possible to
move the right indent off the right side of the page.
And yeah, someone should give you commit access.
