I added this only for gnome right now, but it should be added to GTK, Win32,
and everywhere else that can come up with a color combo control.

This color box comes from GAL (actually a widget that I helped write for
gnumeric). A GTK equivalent can be found in GTK+extra (search freshmeat). A
Win32 equivalent is the MSOffice control (and possibly others). I don't know
what the Mac, QNX, and Be equivalents are.
The background box doesn't work yet because Abi doesn't support background
colors in runs of text. This is listed as a post-1.0 feature but I think
I'll add it real soon now. We'll need this anyway for the "Borders and
Shading" dialog.
To get this to work for *your* respective platform, you'll need to support
EV_TBIT_ColorFore and EV_TBIT_ColorBack in your ev_XXXToolbar.cpp
synthesize() method.
Also, I don't like where I put the control (3rd toolbar). I'll probably move
it shortly to the second toolbar when I get around to re-organizing the
toolbars.
Translators: if you can, please update your respective platforms. There are
a lot of strings that the gnome build uses that aren't translated yet.
