* Remove several duplicate data tables. Unfortunately, this requrired
backing out some of Mike's changes as for some reason g++ won't let me
extern a const array.
* Add 'r' prefix vi key support that actually does something remotely
resembling what vi does (NOT the find and replace dialog!)
