I won't.. At the time I was just so sick of not being able to do what I
needed, and the discussion that degenerated to my tagline rather than the
question at hand (without change of subject) didn't help a bit.

Thanks to the info you supplied I'm back on track. Hopefully I'll be able
to post a preliminary patch for review on the other platforms in less
than a week.
