Hi Mathew,
You must be building the non-debug version. Lists and BUllets is
explicitly not enabled for non-debug builds because the file format for
Fields is not stable yet. In other words if you save a document with a
list in in it will break when we change the code for Fields.
So do a DEBUG build and you will find the the feature :-)
