Two minor beautifications to the tab-arrow filling patch by Alexey.
Implement a native GDK version of GR_Graphics::polygon() for Unix (should
increase speed very much) and use new/delete instead of calloc() and
free() in Alexey's Windows implementation of GR_Graphics::polygon().
