Windows developers -- bug confirming

I have found a bug in the Windows version of 0.7.11. This bug doesn't exist if I
compile the CVS version in Linux, though it may still exist in the Windows
version.

Since I don't have Windows compiler, are there any Windows developers who can
confirm/disconfirm this before I report it in Bugzilla?
