I agree with Sam. The drawing area should have about the same aspect ratio
as an A4 or letter piece of paper. Sure make it wide enough to fit a
reasonable translation. Maybe there is a way to make the drawing area a
minimum size and let it expand to fit a really large text string. It
should be dependent on the translated text string though.
