Code from Anders Melchiorsen to make the Paragraph Dialog in gtk
gracefully resize for different translatations and Fonts sizes from gtk
themes.
Include Vlad into CREDITS.TXT
Feel free to fix the columns dialog as suggested by Vlad (with the
gtkAdjustment) :-) Also the new numbers and bullets dialog has "set_usize"
in many places
