One other small point of note.  

In the past, every time we did a release, I tested for major bugs before
hand,  wrote the release announcement, and updated the web site, although
lately, Paul Egli has been helping out a lot with this.  

I would be more than happy to continue to serve in this diminished capacity
relative to what I used to do.   Should someone else wants to take this
over, I could be convinced to let it go.
