Localization updates

This patch contains several localization updates for 0.7.11:

1. Updates the Norwegian Nynorsk localization
   (no-NYN --> 100%)
2. Removes some old (no longer used) strings from
   several .strings files (en-US --> 100%)
3. Fixes a few .strings files to make them well-formed
   XML (so they'll work in AbiWord!)

Please commit in time for the next release ... :)
