BiDi patch

I have gone over the entire patch and hopefully fixed all, or at least
most, of the style shortcomings Jesper pointed out. In addition I 
have
fixed indentation errors on number of places in the vicinity of the 
BiDi modifications. I have also got rid of the leftovers from my 
NASM experiments. The fixed patch is at the usual place
