Actually, it is not C/C++ but make :-)

BTW, I was wrong. It is in abi/src/config/platforms/linux.mk

Line 172, change UNIX_CAN_BUILD_STATIC=1 by UNIX_CAN_BUILD_STATIC=0.

Then cd to abi and re-make.
