doxygen output on abisource.org

Could I ask someone with abisource.org access to look at adding
automated doxygen generation. Either after changes have been committed
to CVS, or on a hourly basis.

I guess it could also be maintained by someone from the outside, if
the resulting documentation was put under CVS control. But it'd save
bandwidth to do it locally.

Doing 'make dox' in the abi directory should create HTML docs in
docs/dox/html. Copy these to wherever they should be served from.
