   That's the first fix I tried; no dice, because then the imp/exp code doesn't
compile because it can't find psiconv.h.  If you have psiconv installed 
elsewhere on your machine that will work, but trust me when I tell you that
nobody using Windows has psiconv installed anywhere. :P
