If the discussion is still open I'd like to add some comments (no pun
intended).

I think having all the comments in header files is bad, for numerous
reasons. LORD (Locality Of Reference Documentation) says this won't get
updated to reflect the function, greater compile times (since headers
usually gets included by many other files - both src and headers) and it
IMHO pollutes the "browseability" of a class declaration. Just to name a few
reasons to not put this in the header files.
