This has been implemented by Daniel in the Setup dialog.

Invent a landscape/portrait attribute and write is out in the abi header.
(Like the lists definitions.) A bit of work in a number of places to swap
width for length diemensions.

Needs a bit of investigation. We might have to invent some
attributes/properties.

We need to invent some properties for the sections and propagate this to
the header/footer code. I can do this.

I was going to finally finish the Lists dialog next but I can help on this
if you like.

If one of the other Lists dialog guru's wants to finish off the Lists
dialog I will follow their vision of what it should be like. Otherwise
you'll have to live with mine :-)

This will be:

1. Modeless
2. Non-updating if anything in the dialog is changed without applying.
3. No hiding of customizable controls.
4. 3 radio buttons.
"Start New List" "Start Sub List" "Add to List"
which will be enabled as appropriate.
5. Initially no preselected lists ala MS Word.

As I said, if someone else actually implements a modal dialog and needs a
gtk front end I'll help out. If someone else implements the MS Word dialog
for us I'll go along and help out too.

Cheers

Martin
