Those of you who read abiword-user know that our font situation is a
mess. This should fix some of it, so now running mkfontdir and
friends in the fonts/ directory won't clobber the very important
fonts.dir file.
Added fonts.scale to fonts directory, so mkfontdir doesn't clobber
fonts.dir.
