Whoops I guessed that EV_Toolbar would have Frame pointer. If all else
fails you can do
XAP_Frame * pFrame = getApp()->getCurrentFrame()
or if that fails do:
XAP_Frame *pFrame = XAP_App::getApp()->getCurrentFrame();
