Definitely.  As Mike and others have been repeatedly preaching, the hard 
work will be to refactor things properly to allow different types of views. 

Once we have a clear separation between FV_View, FV_PageView, and a 
full-fledged FV_NormalView, it should be a lot easier to add folding and/or 
outlines in the appropriate place(s).  

By then, I'm sure we'll have heard everyone's ideas about whether this 
belongs as its own FV_OutlineView or a feature of FV_NormalView.  ;-)
